Good buildings and good land are not hard to find. Power is the part that takes time, so we start there. Every site is checked for power, fiber, environmental clearance and zoning before we put more into it.
We are not tied to one approach. Each site gets the route that fits it.
Sites that already have some power, often too little to use on their own. We secure the site and work with the utility to bring the service up to the size the compute needs.
Closed plants and buildings where power, gas or a substation is already in place. We look for these early, before they reach the open market.
Where the standard route is slow, we draw on our relationships with utilities, generation owners and equipment makers to find another way to get power to the site.
