How It Works

From site identification to power-on

Four stages. Each one moves fast and reduces risk.

Identify and qualify the site

We use proprietary data screening to find locations with the right combination of available land, power access, fiber proximity, and zoning. Every candidate is pre-qualified before we commit resources.

Structure the deal

Development rights, power procurement, and site access are secured. We handle permitting, engineering, and construction management.

Deploy power and compute

Power generation equipment and modular data center infrastructure are manufactured, shipped, and installed. Factory-built means quality-controlled and fast — typically 6-12 months from agreement to power-on.

Operate and scale

The facility goes live serving inference workloads. Additional capacity can be added by deploying more modules on the same site — no new permitting, no new interconnection.
