Robbins Power Redevelopment Site
Robbins, Cook County, IL · Cal-Sag Channel, about 18 miles south of downtown Chicago
About 16 acres of former power-generation land on the Cal-Sag Channel, about 18 miles south of downtown Chicago. LandUp has the site under contract and is developing it as a power-first campus: a grid reconnection with a temporary gas bridge, targeting about 50 MW first and scalable toward 100 MW. No utility has committed capacity or a date.

More sites, from 1 MW to 100 MW and beyond
Alongside these sites, LandUp tracks about 10 more locations with roughly 1 to 4 MW of existing power each, positioned along fiber routes. Most of our work sits under 100 MW, and some sites support more. We fit the build to the site: modular where speed matters, conventional where it fits better. Contact us for the list.
